Dr Anders is the owner and expert bike fitter at Forward Chiropractic & Bike Fit. With over a decade experience helping cyclists with injury assessment, treatment and tailored bike fitting, he is here to help you reach your cycling goals.

Forward Chiro & Bike Fit is not your normal chiropractic clinic. We specialise in helping Melbourne cyclists with their needs.

Our clinic is elegantly located on Stubbs Street in Kensington, surrounded by boutique cafés, specialty coffee houses, and premium local businesses. Inside, you’ll find a refined, purpose-built space designed to deliver a uniquely elevated bike fitting experience—one that helps Melbourne cyclists ride faster, smoother, and completely pain-free.

Meet Dr Anders

Chiropractor & Bike Fitter
Anders is a chiropractor with over a decade of clinical experience in Australia and internationally, with a strong focus on helping cyclists ride pain-free and perform at their best. Combining evidence-based treatment with tailored bike fitting, he brings a unique skillset built from years on the bike, in the workshop, and in the clinic.

Key Qualifications & Experience

5-year chiropractic degree with 10+ years clinical experience
- 10 years experience helping cyclists with treatment and customised bike fitting
- 30+ chiropractic seminars completed
- Postgraduate training in Sports Chiropractic (FICS)
- Member of the FICS medical team at the 2013 World Games in Colombia
- 20 years experience as a service bike technician
- 20 years of competitive cycling, including A-grade racing in Australia and internationally
- Founder & Director of Forward Chiropractic

This is how you access the clinic via public transport

Train

Catch the Upfield train to Macaulay or Flemington Bridge station.
There is about a 10 minute walk from both stations. You can also catch the Craigieburn train to Kensington station. There is about a 12 minute walk to the clinic.

Tram

Catch the 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Flinders Street Station) to Stubbs st/Racecourse Rd.
There is about a 3 minute walk from there.

Bus

Catch the 402 bus (East Melbourne) to Albermarle St/Macaulay Rd.
There is about an 8 minute walk to the clinic.

Parking

There is free on-street parking on Stubb Street outside the clinic. Please be aware that parking can be limited during normal business hours. Most areas surrounding Stubbs Street have free parking for at least one hour.
